My hat collection translates abstract experiences and imaginings into vessels that reflect these ideas.  Collectively, these pieces mimic those worn by the literary greats, and would be full-sized and functional if not for the weight and rigidity of the metal. They are purposefully and carefully created in respect to the proper fashions of both the era and location in which each writer lived. The smaller hats speak to the characters in a story or poem, while the larger ones speak to the writers themselves.
